Isaac Segal - President & Chief Executive Officer

Isaac has been with Tegrity since its founding in 1995, serving as president and CEO since early 2001. He has over 20 years of business-building and product management experience. He oversaw product development and international marketing and sales from Tegrity's Israeli center before becoming CEO. He co-developed business strategy and built the development team that received the Israeli Prime Minister's Award for Computer Software in 1999. Before joining Tegrity, Isaac was a product and program manager at National Semiconductor for FAX and digital voice answering solutions that achieved over 30% worldwide market share. After graduating magna cum laude in computer engineering from the prestigious Technion University, Isaac helped found several successful entrepreneurial companies. Before that, he served in the Israeli Army managing development of computer-based training tools, some of which the U.S. military adopted.

Judith Einstein - Vice President of Sales and Client Services

Judy leads advocacy and sales efforts to current customers. She also develops new ventures, teaming customers with corporate partners. From 1999 until April 2004, Judy was Tegrity's VP of Sales. Immediately prior to Tegrity, Judy was VP of the Community College Foundation, responsible for the creation of the TechEdstore e-commerce site and the TechEd conference. Previously, at Tektronix, she drove marketing, sales and leasing programs for the educational, broadcast, and video production markets. Admitted to the NY State Bar, she has held marketing and legal management positions with organizations such as MONY Financial Services and the City of New York. Judy is a cum laude graduate of the City College of New York and holds a juris doctorate from New York Law School.

Dan Shimoff - Vice President of Research & Development and General Manager, Tegrity Israel

Dan comes to Tegrity from Demantra, where he served as Vice President of Research & Development and General Manager of Demantra’s Israel office from 2004-2006. Prior to joining Demantra, he served as General Manager of PictureVision Israel, Ltd. and General Manager of Research and Development for PictureVision, Inc. As a core member of the original team, Dan helped develop the new technology that propelled PictureVision from startup to industry-leader and its acquisition by Eastman Kodak. PictureVision's products were used by 12 million users and housed over 100 million photos on 200 servers worldwide. Dan managed multiple development teams across 3 continents. Dan has led development teams at Fundtech, Ltd., in Ramat Gan, Israel and, before moving to Israel, headed project development teams at two major Wall Street firms: Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. and Tudor Investment Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yeshiva University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Queens College, City University of New York.
